Terms of Renting for car hire Bulgaria - Vehicles are normally rented at the company's office or at Sofia Airport. We also offer cars for rent from Plovdiv, Varna and Bourgas and the towns/resorts around these cities. When client wishes we can deliver the cars at any place or the borders of Bulgaria, for some additional pick up/collection fee. If the client wishes to rent or return the car from the airport, hotel or any other place within the city of Sofia, a fee of 10 EURO is paid or free of charge for more than 3 days rental period. If the car is rented at or returned from any place in Bulgaria, a fee of 0,40 EURO per km is paid.
